Love to go for their buy one get one free beers during happy hour (3-6 I believe) and they're Mole sauce is the best I've ever had. Perfect end to the day after rafting when I take out in Fruita, and honestly just whenever I find myself in Fruita. The prices seem high, but the portions are HUGE so 100% worth the prices.

What an exceptional delight. We stopped to go to the nearby Colorado Welcome Center, only to note the Tapatio sign. Living in San Diego California, we're picky about good Mexican food. Immediately walking in, we good smell that familiar Mexican food smell, that satisfies the senses. The restaurant is well decorated and might I say, charming and warm. The staff friendly. Chips and salsa were brought to the table, we knew right away that these are home made. The salsa fresh and delicious, however for us we asked for and got a hotter salsa that was green in color. Amazing flavor. I had the taco and enchilada combo, and my wife had pork Carnitas. Just like San Diego perfection, this restaurant rocks. A great place to stop off if on your way East or West on I-70
