The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Rooms are comfortable and the kitchenette is stocked with some essentials which was nice. The pool was the perfect temperature and was really fun especially at night with the lights. The workout equipment was nice and new. We will be staying here again.

Sean was so helpful. My daughter was airlifted to St. GEORGE HOSPITAL from Lake Powell. I drove 8 hours to get there Sean helped me out so much. He reassured me I had a room and the hospital was less than half mile away. Thank you Sean!

I hardly use the word exceptional but this place was exceptional in every way. Now the location was a little bit off the beaten path but the young ladies working front to the awesome breakfast I really did this place

Upon checking in I asked if there were rooms with 2 king beds and was told no. Agent (red, short, curly hair) at the front desk didn’t offer a larger room type even though it was available as I mentioned having booked a 2 bedroom suite but canceled to the current room. I asked if they were sold out of rooms and she said no. Chance to upsell missed and she seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. I came back and We return and I check the Marriott app. 2br room available and only slightly more than my current 1 bedroom suite. I go back to the front desk and wait for her to return. When she does, I ask about this room type mentioning it’s available on the app. Only then does she look it up and I request to switch rooms. Again, annoyed. Didn’t use my name, didn’t thank me for staying. Customers should never feel like an inconvenience. Not sure what’s happening at Marriott but while the room was fine, the service was disappointing and not what I’m used to from the brand. Walls are thin (we heard romantic noises from the people upstairs) and heard the person in the room next to us snoring. Hoping for a better night’s sleep at our next destination.
