This is the second time I have a bad experience with them. First time she gave my son ugly looks while me and him were playing with each other while waiting. Second time me and my sister arrive far before closing time and she has a line of people waiting. Doesn’t say anything to us for 20 minutes. Then asks us to sign in. My sister signed 3 of us in. She then processed so ask if all 3 of us were getting brows. I said yes. She then gave all 3 of us an ugly look and laughed and she pulled down her mask. We got up and left. I really wanted to give them another try because I liked how my eyebrows came out. But with the ugly looks and bad customer service never again.

My visit here was nice the Management was very welcoming and there place is very clean and organized. Overall a great place to get a few things done would definitely recommend to family and friends!
