Jsx vegas second time flying Jsx and I had to give a shout out to Ron and all the staff there. I am a busy man and love what I do for others but is rare that I am treated the way I treat other. Everyone was friendly and personalable. Our flight was cancelled 4 times with southwest, with Jsx not only did we leave on time, we arrived at our destination Oakland early with a glass of rose sparkling. I appreciate all of you today who helped us. Incredible work ethic and kindness.
