A little tough to get to four wheel drive recommended. But people did pull trailers in fifth wheels in there, I don't know how.

Always enjoyed this campground it's nice for riding the side by side so many place to go and things to see.

Yes it will. You don't even need 4wd to get to the lake. The last 3 miles are a bit bumpy though. Just make sure you use Meadow Lake road to get there. Not the Henness Pass rd (FS rd 0720).
