Great little campground with generously sizes camp sites. Free to camp in the off season (from closing in Fall to about mid-April). No water or trash when off season, so pack it out. There is a creek that runs through. Last place up the canyon with decent phone service.

Great campground along the creek with views of snow capped mountains. We stayed in early April for one night and there were plenty of sites available. Tucked away far enough from Bishop (15min drive) where you're surrounded by mountains and sky. Good amenities, each site had a fire ring with grill, picnic table plus water and clean restrooms. The Creek is beautiful and sounds of water were a plus. Definitely coming back.

Well maintained slice of heaven! The camp host was awesome! The creek is very close too! Clean and well kept with vault toilets. Not alot of shade but if you got a portable sunshade, it should be ok. Not to mention, if you do get too hot you got the creek to cool off inπ Its first come first serve so no reservations needed. Fishing is better in the autumn but I've gotten a few bites from some stock trout during my summer trips. I simply love camping in the Sierra's! β€
