Visited this store Saturday 10/09/22, there was no carts in the cart corral, I asked an employee for a cart, he said they are in the parking lot and went on doing whatever he was doing!!! No available carry baskets either. Multiple employee with carts though. Went in the restroom, only because my daughter needed it and oh my lord, feces and urine on the floor along with toilet paper. This was my favorite .99 store. Not anymore. Very disappointed in the customer service and filthy restroom.

The most "deceive" store ever. The big and beautiful sign says 99¢ only stores. Note: Only is in green color to call your attention. 99 ¢ is only a few items, everything else is much high price. There was not even have a manager onsite available. What a such disappointment!!! By the way, this is in North Las Vegas.

I'm writing today to bring to your attention an incident that has made me and my family uncomfortable with continuing to shop at your establishment. On September 3rd 2022, me and my three children, ages 14, 11, and 5, made a stop at the 99 cent store located on 1435 W Craig Rd Ste 3, North Las Vegas, NV 89032 to pick up some snacks for our family movie night; just as we have done almost every week for the past few months. I allowed my older children to go ahead to the snack aisle to pick up their snacks while me and my five-year-old shop for other items a couple of aisles over. I went to meet my older children after I gathered my items, and recognized that they both had a look of concern and confusion on their faces. I asked what was going on and my son stated that a store clerk approached him and warned him not to steal anything because there are cameras all over the store. I was shocked and couldn't believe that this happened. My son is not a thief nor did they witness him stealing anything. As such, I am confused as to the reason that he was approached in the first place. We frequent this location almost weekly, where most of the staff know my children. I left the aisle and immediately approached the gentleman. I didn't get his name, but he was a Hispanic male, possibly in his 50s or 60s, and wore glasses with a black rim, many of his teeth were missing, as well. He wore a $0.99 hat and vest. I politely asked him what he said to my son? He stated that he was not accusing him of stealing anything but was simply looking for someone who had allegedly stolen a shopper's wallet, but reportedly returned to the store after the incident. I told him that had nothing to do with my son, and pointed out that he saw that we all came in together. As such, there's no possible way that he could have been involved in that incident. The gentleman stated that he is aware and understands because he recognizes that me and my children shop there very frequently. He patted me on the back and said no worries I know he didn't steal anything. After that happened I went back and talked to my children. I told them that it was time to check out with our items and leave the store. My son was very nervous after this incident. When we were in the parking lot, we saw the police arrive to the location. With the climate that we are facing with racial profiling, police brutality, and innocent victims being arrested, injured, or worse, I am more than disappointed in the way this was handled. If cameras are truly all over the store, I am pretty sure that they caught the actual thief on tape, and I can assure you that the thief did not look like my child. I needed to bring this to your attention and ask that you work with your staff on their customer service and professional etiquette. They need to know that their actions can result in a life or death incident when the police are involved. This matter should have been handled with this gentleman approaching me as my son's legal guardian, where he informed me of any suspicion and/or direct any questions he had about my child, to me. We will not be shopping at your establishment after this incident, and hope that you train your staff accordingly.

Such lowlifes!
Everything is over priced. It's almost a dollar per item. For that kind of money i' d rather go to Dollar Tree.
