The whole team here (with special shout-out to Gabe), has gone above and beyond to meet our family’s needs while we lived at Copperline. Any request we had, they always finds an answer and way to make things happen. Maintenance was always prompt and attentive. We genuinely have appreciated the whole team here! And feel that all apartment complexes should have teams this good and especially a manager that is as helpful as Gabe!

The pinnacle of my apartment-hunting experience this week was definitely when I contacted Cathy at Copperline about finding a place to move into immediately. My husband and I were in a bit of a bind after selling our house more quickly than we'd thought—we needed housing quickly. Cathy was not only extremely professional in her approach to my situation (and my stress level), she also had a delightful sense of humor that put me right at ease. She quickly found an apartment that would work for our needs and her response time to all my questions was fantastic. As a business owner myself, I'd definitely want someone like Cathy representing my business and assuring that my clients are happy and all their needs are met in a timely manner. My hat is off to Cathy!

Wow! Just wow! My experience with the entire staff was great! Cathy was amazing. She made my experience and process to lease pressure free. She was very friendly and helpful. Her communication with me was easy flowing and friendly. If I emailed or called she got right back to me. It’s been a while since I had this kind of customer service from start to finish. Needless to say I’m a happy new resident here!! Thanks you to Cathy and the l rest of the staff!!

I lived at Copperline (In the Century Residences building) for a little over two years. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with the leasing office and their maintenance crew. Gabe in particular was always a pleasant face to see, he always went out of his way to help in any way that he could and was extremely personable in the process. Sure rental prices have risen substantially since they opened, but that's a city and state problem more than it is a reflection of the apartment building. Maintenance was always completed in a timely manner. My only qualms with this apartment were with the building design (of the Century Residence building) itself. There was no recycling chute built in the trash rooms, which has been slightly mitigated by the recycle pickup services they offer, but if you need large boxes and recycling gone immediately, be prepared to go on a long hike to the recycling area in the parking garage. Because the upper floors of the Century Residence building are an outdoor atrium design, you get the noise of everyone from all floors walking by. However, it has never been a problem that couldn't be solved by shutting the windows in those instances and the outdoor walkway ensured there was a nice breezeway through the apartments which kept the apartments tolerably cool (even during this heat wave summer we just had). There are only two elevators in the building, one of which is often utilized by people moving in and out of the building. With all of that being said, these slight inconveniences were never that bothersome for me personally, especially when you consider the beautiful panoramic views of Point Ruston that you have all around you. The Point Ruston waterfront is only steps away and I will miss that the most! Even if you don't have a waterside apartment, the building has a common area with a beautiful waterside suite that features a large open deck overlooking the Sound. I had to move up to Seattle for work, but I would definitely consider renting here again if I ever had to move back down to Tacoma.
