Worst customer service ever! We brought our lawn mower in and we were told it would be fixed in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I have them a call and the lady didn’t even ask my name just told me it would be another 2 weeks. I asked her if she would let me tell her my name and check on my lawnmower. She came back on the phone and said yep 2 more weeks. So I waited 2 more weeks and called, she said that it wasn’t done in-fact it had not even been looked at yet it and there was still 3 machines ahead of ours. I didn’t even know what to say so The next day my husband called and he was told it would be done by the end of the week. Needless to say 6 weeks later we picked it up, still hasn’t been fixed, they never even touched it. The last time I called they told me clearly I was misinformed and things have changed since I dropped it off. Clearly they never had any intentions on working on our lawn mower and could have told us that in the beginning so we could have taken it somewhere else. They were unapologetic, never called to update us or let us know “things had changed” horrible customer service! Do not take your equipment there unless you have months to wait… and even after months they might not even touch it.

Don't overlook these guys! Bought a Stihl Farm Boss chainsaw the other day. Just wanted to say the Pen Feed team did a great job and it was a very positive experience! Every question I had they had a good answer for and the service was immediate and attentive. They had what I needed in stock and made good recommendations. I will make them a first stop next time and recommend you check them out.

Last year they held my riding lawn mower hostage for 3 and a 1/2 months. This year they want To hold it hostage for a minimum of 8 weeks. They Require you leave your machine in line waiting for repair They refuse to give you a call back when they have time to fix your machine or set an appointment.
