They did turn off my power even though I made a payment several days prior, even though they say that to prevent the service disconnect you can pay the past due balance. The customer service was very nice however, and polite, thus 5 stars for the service, minus 1 star for disconnecting despite the payment.

seriously, they have turned crazy profits for the last few years and have not managed to bring wit periods below an hour? If you call to set up service you had to wait hours, and that didn't take into account the multiple times that the call auto disconnected after 15, 30, or 45 minutes. What a joke of a company.
