Normal covid rules. Wear your mask at all times besides eating or drinking. 25% capacity and no more than 4 at a table
They have high end craft cocktail prices ranging around $20 per drink and if you want to eat you can order off the Top of the World food menu, which is very pricy. But consider it this way, there are very few comparable spots with amazing views (Eiffel Tower, Space Needle, CN Tower, etc.) and good food like this and of those, this is the least expensive way to experience one.
Nope! But we showed up right as they opened. We had walked all day (gym shorts and tennies). Not sure what it's like later in the night
Pricey but fantastic view. The restaurant is a floor down (some dishes in the lounge) and one floor up is the observation lounge and there was a bar there as well. We hung out for a couple of hours and moved on. It's a great view of Vegas!

There is no cover for the bar. Have you checked online for a menu? Was just there a couple of weeks ago but I'm a carnivore (well omnivore really) and didn't notice.

I just called them and they said its a bar and children are not allowed.... Updating so no one ends up at the lounge with kids and is disappointed
Gay friendly but not exclusive. Had dinner and drinks with my mom so great for any couple, family, or individual.
