PLS DO NOT BOOK ANY EVENTS HERE they have TERRIBLE customer service. The owner is extremely rude with the people who rent the hall and the guests. She had argued with one of my family members I had my quince there not long ago. Make sure to get everything written down in the contract because the owner will CHANGE things up last minute to suit her benefit, she wanted to charge 100 dollars just to throw flower petels they really want to charge on every little thing. She made us try to hurry up and clean around 9 when we rented till 12 pm. Save yourself the stress.

Hello, I have been in this hall on several occasions and events, but the one on 09-24-22 was not very good, the hall is beautiful, the security can be said well, the food was not very good, at first it was super limited and another time they served rice, birria, and beans, the beans were burnt with an unpleasant taste the coordinator of the very disorganized event xk it lasted 2 hours announced and the dj repeatedly stopped the music and well I was a guest but I think it is not worth that the people who rent the event and pay a very good amount$$ I think it deserves respect for quality not only that the organizers see it as the business that it is because that is abusing people thank you and I hope you do your job better and be careful Thank you for your service and quality

If I could rate this place a negative I would. The venue itself is decent but the customer service was horrible. The owner lady was just plain rude. Every time we would ask questions she would be very vague and rude about it. She also failed to be specific with what she had in her contract. For example, she was not specific with any numbers and she overpriced everything and the alcohol after we had paid for the venue. As with what happened in the event, the man who was providing us with the alcohol had given the option to the minors if they wanted alcohol in their drinks with no identification being asked for. As the event was almost over the lady owner had arrived about 20-30 minutes before the event was about to finish and she was staring at us rudely waiting for the event to finish which had made the guests and us ourselves who purchased for the venue uncomfortable.

Its an ok salon/ballroom. Its small, I guess its an ok venue to have something intimate, just with a small group of friends and family. For my personal taste, im not into all the glass, mirrors and chandeliers. Too many. Its too excessive. The dance floor is uneven, so be careful when dancing because your heels do get stuck on the tiles. I do like the fact that the restrooms are individual, they have two for women and two for men. So they are not stalls, oh but no mirror in the bathroom. They were clean. The area where the band plays is very small and looks crowded. In my personal opinion it still needs a lot of investment and an interior make over. They need to get a professional to come into these venues and do a more modern design. But if you're into "fairytale" like theme I guess its ok.
