The sign says they open at 9:30 so i got there at 9:25 giving myself at least 20 mins to get to work i go to both doors at 9:30 they where locked i waited almost ten mins!!! So i called them asked the person whats going on your sign says 9:30? the guys says "well we cant open til we're ready" i said im gonna be late for work he said well its gonna be about another couple mins i said then your sign should say WE OPEN WHEN WE'RE READY the food was horrible i will never go there again

The staff are simply wonderful...I saw one employee pay for a homeless man's meal out of his own pocket...business with a heart and great food to boot

The food is delicious! The flavors are bold but not too spicy! Problem is, they won't accept the coupons from our local sale adds! If they put DISCOUNT COUPONS in the local paper they should HONOR THEM!!!

Yeah the combo includes drinks and fries depending but pollo loco it's kinda suck
Yes they are serving chicken tamales and they have a few specials and coupons they sent out says they are good till Dec 25th
