These people are the best I swear I leave my locker sometimes open and they call me to make sure that I that it's locked these people are loyal respectful and honest I can't say nothing more than gratitude thank you for all your support and always being there for me and having myself secure you guys thank you and God bless I'm happy

This place is a ripoff. Mgmt is either in on the corruption and thievery going on here, or they just turn the other way, but either way they are responsible in the end. They will find any excuse to terminate agreements and then auction off your belongings without due process. And before u think this is the ramblings of one bitter customer, I was warned before it happened to me by other people, and sure enough they got me too. gmt need to learn how to run this type of business, they have a lot to learn.

Whenever I come, the lady in the office is never closed!!!! Who can I complain to? Everyone has a key to open the gate and she uses that to avoid being in office hours at her workplace!!

Remember that this is a 24 hour storage and therefore everyone can have 24 hours access, I do not see the meaning of your comment, she does not have to be 24 hours waiting for you to arrive so there will be the Gate. If you are not comfortable go to another storsge where only office hours! I had my storage ai and I am very happy with the service, the manager was always available and helped me in what she could. I recommend it 100% Check the Office hours well.
