Want to get treated like your annoying people and blown off completely by staff? Come here. Want to have to a nightmare experience only to have them send you home with no answers. This is your spot.

I can’t imagine coming here ever again! Im 19 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I came here because I started bleeding. I waited in the lobby for a long time just to be seen and to get an ultrasounds the doc and staff were very unconcerned! I did not feel comfortable being seen here! I had no choice but to be seen here because it was the closest hospital to where I was! Talking to the my doc I did not feel completely safe or heard! I don’t have a room and still waiting in the lobby and bleeding for about 3 hours now! Spoke to the front people and told them my issues and they did not CARE!!! This hospital is NOT A PLACE FOR anyone to go too if you have a serious EMERGENCY!! Here I am feeling like I am about to lose my twins and these people here are so unconcerned! I was hoping for more compassionate hospitality but no! We are not even from here and im glad because I never WANT TO BE SEEN AT THIS PLACE! My husband spoke finally ask to speak to the director of the hospital and he was a JOKE! He said WE CAME AT THE WRONG TIME!! Are you kidding me?! What an absolute waste of our time talking to him!!! Thank you for not HELPING AND MAKING ME EVEN FEEL uncomfortable and not safe AT UR HOSPITAL!!! When they finally did an ultrasound they found the technician was unpleasant. I asked if I can at least see my babies but she said NO! Thank you for making me feel at easy while I am already feeling so worried and stressed! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! If I could rate this place it a 0 it will be! Oh and top of it all the DOC give me faults information about my health and station!!!!!!!! Really wish i NEVER WENT TO this hospital! I went and saw a different doctor the very next day and found out the real reason why I was having bleeding, thank GOD everything went great with this other hospital I went too! Please don’t come to this hospital, they will have you the wrong information on your health and YOU WONT HAVE THE CARE at Centennial hill hospital!!

The staff was really nice and helpful even though they were slammed. However the waiting area full of truly ill people, active IV infusions going, and/or extreme pain was super unsettling, unpleasant, and all together really gross. The old triage area with recliners and curtains was completely empty when I was taken back for a scan. Those patients should of been there and not out in the waiting room, including myself. Sitting in the waiting room chair made my pain worse. A trip to the ER is never fun and speculate this new way of seeing patients is to deter frequent flyers but it made whole experience worse.

They didn't take care of my dad at all. I came in the morning to find his room a mess. Disgusting place. Demanded them to transfer him to summerlin hospital
