Great place. I always see the Saia trucks 🚚 here and everywhere even when I moved to Virginia lol. The driver's are never rude, or pushing themselves in where they want but other people and driver's really need to understand and realize that they are way heavier and bigger than just a sedan or suv so give them the courtesy and respect they deserve please, not just them but all trucks. But yeah I think the Saia trucks and drivers are very kind and respectful from the one's that I have had the privilege to meet and talk with. Keep up the great work Saia.

Would avoid using this company at all costs if possible. We were supposed to have a door delivered this past Friday, and after sitting at home all afternoon waiting for it, I received a call telling me "oh it was supposed to go out, but it didn't; I don't know what happened." I was assured it would be delivered the following Monday before 8am as we have contractors scheduled to come and install it. Lo and behold Monday is here and no door, but we do have contractors standing around our house waiting to install a door. I called at 8am this morning and was told it would be delivered by 9am. No such luck. I called again and spoke to the same man who called me Friday, and he answered. my call laughing on the phone. I said this is not a laughing matter-- very unprofessional. I've been given the run around, and he told me "it's now scheduled to be there by 10am." I said that was unacceptable as the hour keeps getting pushed back and we have workers waiting at our house. Currently waiting for a call back I feel like may never come.

*I'm posting this for Las Vegas and Kansas City because I do not know if our driver was local or out of state* To Whom it May Concern: Please know how much we appreciate your company providing excellent service in way of delivery and the employment of good drivers. Your company exceeded our expectations in delivering our Woodchipper earlier than expected. The driver (sorry I did not get his name - Pro #77019694460-3 shipment origin LVS dest KCY) was so pleasant on the phone when connecting for initial arrival. He was even more pleasant in person. We want to extend our gratitude and relay to his team for the expedient, efficient, and careful manner he handled the heavy crate. At this point, we can only say thank you for the exceptional customer service but do hope that he and other good employees continue to be recognized by your company. What your company and your people do - matters to us and millions of others. Now we have a face to insert into our prayers. May all of your people be safe and well today, tomorrow, and the next day.
