We are moving in a few weeks and needed last minute furniture. KC greeted us at the door and provided BEYOND exceptional customer service. He knew exactly what we were looking for and directed us to purchase a beautiful sectional and bed frame for our new place. He not only made everything very simple and quick, but made us comfortable with our purchase! We are looking forward to continue being loyal customers to Ashley mainly because of KC and his help, even moving forward after the move, he will further help furnish our new home! :)

Miguel is a WONDERFUL sales associate, I especially loved that when I initially walked in he didn’t pressure me but let me do my thing and then checked on me later during my visit. He was very patient with me and showed me multiple options and I needed to furnish my whole entire home. Once I made my selections and purchases, I’d text him for updates or to make changes, and Miguel was very responsive…even on his days off! Once I received my sectional, I didn’t necessarily like the way that it fit into my living room and he tried to rectify the situation without any hassle or fuss. I truly appreciate him and will ONLY utilize him when shopping at Ashley. Great job Miguel 👌🏽
