5 stars go to the friendliest and most helpful front desk receptionists I have ever interacted with, for both morning and evening staff. Keep up the great work!

After visiting this hotel, I no longer consider Embassy Suites a premium brand. This property seemed like maybe it used to be nice years ago. The long wait for an elevator every morning, the toilet that didn't flush completely, and the closure of the indoor pool that wasn't communicated at the time of booking certainly didn't help matters, but nothing could have salvaged my guest experience after navigating the hotel's awful parking garage. It was the worst garage I have parked in in my life. None of its elevators worked, the upper levels were unsafe due to lack of lighting, and the ramps were curved, steep, and narrow. Attempting to get in and out damaged the rims on my mid-sized SUV, and I was charged $20 per day for the privilege (hidden in fine print at time of booking).

Great experience! Very reasonably priced, beautiful, clean, super comfortable room & bed. The breakfast was wonderful! The staff & team excel at customer service. A parking building connected to the hotel (price not included with my room deal) I love Embassy Suites! Highly recommended.

This is a we'll run, very nice hotel. It is one of the best bargains being located in one of the world headquarters for Marriott. The previous comment is not correct. Marriott is one of the best managed hotel chains on the planet. Take UBER to the museum or ask directions at the desk. I have stayed here more than several times. Always treated well and enjoyed my stay.
Pretty far. I would take the subway
