Bad customer service. I was going to be a regular at Ihop, because I worked near there. The hostess at the front desk asked me how many to be seated. I told her it was only me, and so she pointed me to a table. I went to the restroom and she gave my table to someone else, so I walked out. She didn’t even apologize, and said we are busy. Never again man.

Sergio was wonderful and very attentive to what we needed. I don’t eat sugar and he realized when I asked for Splenda that I needed sugar free syrup too. Restaurant is very clean and made us feel safe going out to eat.
