Pretty nice little stop on a walk. Sign's kinda cool I guess. Lots of trash when the river's low. Good view away from the streets and buildings. There's a JUMP scooter in the water below lmao. Some birds like to hang out around it.

The website says that the peir provides a great place for fishing but someone thought it was cute to put big sign on the end making it impossible to cast. No wonder there isn't anyone fishing there.

mom. A sweet bike ride from R street on the Sacramento side of the river bike trail to the west side past raley field. On the way is some amazing public artwork pictured humans are my biking buddies. Yes. The cat comes too but not always. !

My daughter and I went to a vendor fair near by, and decided to walk around for a bit. It was so nice and peaceful. Nice little flow of people out for a walk or jog down the trail. We really enjoyed walking down the river. The pier was fun, I liked the rotating WEST sign. Great little area.
