I am a senior citizen living at Panorama apts. And we have been without hot water for 6 days and some of the lower apts have no heat.!!! This is at 117 Brent Spence Square Covington,KY 41011. Please help us!

I thought that place closed years ago. There is one in Ludlow and one out by St E Edgewood. If they reopened it I would love to know.
