Awesome staff! Always friendly and helpful. Love the workout class with instructor Ms . LaTijia, very high energy, she has a sweet personality and very patience with the seniors. She keep you moving. I recommend this center to my silver sneakers class at the Gym. She’s doing a fantastic job getting all of us moving and being productive.
