They charged me for 2 hours of work to provide an estimate for body work, and didn't even complete my service in a timely manner or communicate with me until I reached out to them. They didn't provide pricing for a replacement part as requested. This service department still leaves much to be desired. I've had work completed by this shop when they were still Dave Arbogast nearly a dozen times and was extremely disappointed with their customer service then. Nothing has changed now that they have new owners...I would strongly recommend seeking service elsewhere, like Colerain Family RV Dayton.

Would not recommend buying from here. They are happy to sell you something even though they really did look it over to make sure anything works! Then when you need service on a brand new unit they just sold you they will have it all summer (12weeks). Then you ask I have not even used it maybe I can get something different? Yes for 30k plus the new one. Never have I had to go through so much for something that is new. Still don’t have it!!!!

We recently purchased our 2022 Forest River Wildwood FSX 179dbk from Campers Inn. Angelia was amazing! She helped us find the perfect balance of our wishlist, functionality, and tow weight. She walked us through every step of the process and was very patient as we changed our wants and needs while shopping. Somehow she knew what we wanted before we did! Once we found our dream camper, she worked hard to get us the best deal on it. As far as the company themselves, we had an excellent experience. We went to other lots in the area and their sales tactics were very sleazy and at one point outright dangerous (a guy at another lot told us we didn't need to worry about the gross tow weight???). We signed up for Campers Inn VIP package which has a lot of great benefits that will carry through the life of our camper. Thank you, Angelia and everyone else at Campers Inn of Troy! You've made us VERY happy campers!
