Drove back there cause I was interested in moving there. changed my mind real quick.. Seen a few residents outside and talked to them just to get their opinions. Rent is ridiculously priced said it’s easily over 1100 just for the home and lot rent, they do home inspections every 3 months they go threw whole house looking at everything, can’t have cats yet there all over, but can have dogs well certain dogs, water is constantly turned off, no communication at all, management plays favorites if your a favorite or friends with management rules don’t apply to you, pot holes all over, said one maintenance guy is very nice clean cut friendly but the other one is rude and nasty looking, aparently it’s sisters who run the office who do nothing and don’t care about the residents, but I did talk to someone who said if your a homeowner there it’s better cause they don’t bug you at all unless yard looks nasty. So I took it as if you own the home it’s great but renting not worth it. So I decided to go elsewhere.

So far i have had a good experience with living here.The lady's in the office are so nice and caring.I love that they are really cleaning up the place and allways bringing in new trailers.One thing I don't like is that there are to many cats rooming arround.They need good homes to live in. It's going to get cold soon and there are kittins also.

I lived there from 2015 to 2022 It went from okay to pretty good. The original company that owned it (2015) were pretty annoying, but it's been sold a lot and depending on which company owns it the place is either good or great. Great location.

Lot rent is 405 plus water, sewage, and trash. The rent on the mobile home depends on which one you get and if you buy it you just have to pay mortgage which also depends on which one you get
Plenty they rent / sell to anyone who doesn't have violent or drug convictions not family friendly not a home feel corporate is to blame for everything according to managers if something is wrong you might have to wait through 2hr lunches or water leaks which they pass on to the tenatee I1 person living in a trailer and my water is higher than a family of 6 even though we had new meters installed right before R.V horizons bought it they guessed the usage for a couple yrs which in My is illegal they used as excuse to pay for water leaks which is not right a person only has to pay for what exact water they use it can take be guesstimated but managers are nice just worry about wrong homes to address for citaztions no parking in empty spots which looks horrible because of unkept yards and rent is too damn high
