We had an issue with a used vehicle purchased at Pinnacle in February. We made them aware in October and they made it right. To our complete satisfaction. Legally, they didn't have to do anything but they clearly care of about customer satisfaction.

I enjoyed my purchase- I mean, a new vehicle is exciting. I had pretty much made up my mind I was going to purchase the vehicle before I showed up for my appointment. When I got there for the appointment- the car was being test drove by someone else who did not have an appointment. So I had to wait for it to come back. A little annoying but nothing crazy. I test drove it and the tank was almost empty. Again, a little annoying but nothing crazy. Once I talked numbers with the sales person and we agreed on price and I was approved, I sat there for 3.5 hours waiting for the paper work to be completed. I had been there for almost 5 hours by the time I left. That was majorly annoying. But I got the vehicle I wanted and other than waiting a billion hours, it was a fairly seamless process. I would maybe suggest not going there on a Saturday to buy your vehicle- everyone that was in that dealership had left before me, including most of the employees. They did fill the tank before I left, so I'll give them 4 stars. But my wiper fluid is low so now I have to put fluid in a car I just bought. Not a terrible experience. The sales person did not get too chummy or try to sell me other vehicles I was not interested in. Was just there way longer than I would have wanted to be.
