Ryan at Chastang Ford was awesome, stayed beyond closing time as my wife and I flew in from out of town in order to help me purchase my Raptor. Would definitely recommend and would buy from again.

I'm not from Houston and bought a vehicle at Chastang online and then flew to Houston to pick it up. Randy, my salesperson, made the process smooth and very efficient. They were very responsive to all my questions and accommodations. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle here for a great experience.

Demand for the all-new Ford Maverick has exceeded our expectations with more than 110,000 reservations, which included both EcoBoost and Hybrid models.
New Maverick Hybrid orders for the last 2022 model year capacity are expected to arrive in the summer of 2022.
Due to stronger than expected demand, Maverick Hybrid production is expected to be fully reserved for the entire 2022 model year by early November. Once it’s full, new orders for Maverick Hybrid pickup will close until next summer.
While customer deliveries of the Maverick with the 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine are well underway, the delivery date of the Maverick Hybrid was moved to January so required state and federal emissions certification can be completed.
The all-new Ford Maverick Hybrid – the first standard full-hybrid pickup in America – officially achieves an EPA-estimated rating 42 mpg city.
An EPA-estimated 42 mpg city, 37 mpg combined, 33 mpg highway with an EPA- estimated driving range of over 500 miles.

Part of the excitement of owning an all-new Bronco family model is the opportunity to be part of a passionate and knowledgeable off-road and adventure-driven community. Bronco Brand is highlighting the efforts of the first and only nationally recognized and certified Bronco community – Bronco Nation.
As Ford recognizes Bronco Nation as the only certified national Bronco Club, providing product and lifestyle content is a great way to connect with current and future Bronco owners and enthusiasts.

We aren’t talking product specs until July 13. What we can tell you today is that the all-new Bronco will satisfy the needs of outdoor enthusiasts who want a no-compromise midsize 4x4 SUV to get them back into the wild.
The original Bronco, a 4x4 project nicknamed G.O.A.T. by Donald Frey, lead for both Mustang and Bronco, was ahead of its time, delivering “go anywhere roadability” and knowhow of Ford’s purpose-built 4x4 GP military vehicles built during WWII.

Popularity of old school, two-door, truck-based SUVs waned in the 1990s. Consumer tastes in the 1990s shifted, and Ford took advantage of the growing four-door SUV markets with all-new vehicles like Ford Explorer (America’s best-selling SUV for more than the past quarter-century) and full-size Ford Expedition.
The all-new Bronco is the sixth generation of Bronco since the vehicle’s release in 1966. Check out this article from Frontline Magazine to learn more about the first five generations of Bronco.
Bronco debuted on August 11, 1965, as a 1966 model year vehicle.
After we shelved the Bronco in 1996, a funny thing happened. Love for Bronco only grew. Bronco clubs proliferated around the country. Classic Broncos became the one of the most highly sought after and collectible vehicles on the U.S. market. The resto-mod crowd at SEMA, our dealers, off-road enthusiasts and Ford employees think of Bronco as more than a vehicle. It’s an idea – one that connects us to our love of the outdoors and getting into the wild.

When you paid off your vehicle, your lienholder should have sent you that paper title along with an original Release of Lien letter. If you do not take that title and Release of Lien letter to your local county tax office to have the lien removed, TXDMV does not know that the lien has been fulfilled.
According to the TXDMV, licensed motor vehicle dealers, such as ourselves, are not required to transfer your trade title until it is sold to another individual. To protect yourself, TXDMV recommends you file a Vehicle Transfer Notification on their website www.TXDMV.gov within 30 days of the sale. This helps to prevent you from being help responsible for parking tickets or toll violations issued after the date of transfer recorded in the TXDMV system. When submitted online, it takes TXDMV 24-48 hours to update their records showing a notation of when you sold your vehicle.

Every circumstance is unique. Ford will cover rental repairs for a warranty repair if the repair is a long repair, the vehicle is unsafe to drive or not drivable, or if there is a delay to get the necessary parts to perform a warranty repair. If you have an extended warranty, they will typically cover a rental during a covered repair if the repair time is above a certain threshold which varies by warranty company. Insurance claims are dependent on your policy.
We will cover the cost of a one way Uber/Lyft ride up to ten miles when having repairs or maintenance service completed on your vehicle.
Saturdays are typically reserved for routine maintenance only. However, some recalls can be performed on Saturday, but you should always check ahead of time.

While we have chosen not to offer loaner vehicles to reduce your cost of service, we do offer F150 crew cabs which can be rented at a rate of 35.00 per day. In most cases involving a warranty repair, this expense will be covered by Ford.
Due to the nature of automotive repairs, it is impossible to guarantee your vehicle will be pulled into the shop at the moment of your appointment. However, an appointment will guarantee you the next open stall ahead of all vehicles that arrived without an appointment.
The workload fluctuates due to multiple variables, however, we do have 6 highly qualified factory trained diesel technicians and typically, all vehicles are seen within 2 business days of arrival.
