Loved here going on 3 years and haven't had any major issues. Usually pretty quite with friendly neighbors and staff. Updates are a regular with things being upgraded every for months or new trailers added often!

They are currently getting ready to install 4-5 new trailers. Current management hasn't gotten back to me for montgs about a broken window and I've a dozen times over the last 2 months with no answer or response.
I'm not 100% sure but I can try to figure it out and let you know. I do not live in that area. My sister-in-law lives off of Zoar road. I am located in Mount Orab Ohio.

That's a complicated question for here. Initially with the new owners it was 35 lbs and under and none of the dogs on the "vicious" list. But it seems they have loosened their rules on that. So it may be a person to person basis.
