This company is a low end company that is only in the market to do one thing. Come in and do a drain tile, and fix a few cracks. This company turned out to be a nightmare and I walked away from my 6 thousand dollar investment and had another company come in and do the work the RIGHT way. His work crew was very kind and courteous. However dealing with Tony became a huge headache. This has been over a year ago and my basement is still dry from a different company. This company has no reputation with other waterproofing companies in Cincinnati. I agree they are priced low. But you get what you pay for with this company. Never in my life been more upset about a finished product or their costumer service. Feel free to contact me if you would like more questions answered. I will be happy to do so.

I appreciated how the foreman answered all my questions before and during the job and kept me updated on progress throughout the day. He did not hesitate to explain details and was professional. Work was completed thoroughly and efficiently. Quality Waterproofing was able to provide practical solutions specific to our needs rather than a cookie cutter approach, and I would recommend this company.

Great people to work with. Friendly and they get the job done correctly the first time. Highly recommended.

My appointment with Tony was on time and fast. The estimate was a great price for the work. Ian and his crew showed up early the day of the project. They were respectful, tidy, and fast. I will use them again in the future for my rental properties and highly recommend them.

The best practice is to have a dedicated electrical outlet. This will ensure that your pump has the necessary power to perform at its maximum capacity.
1st reason is moisture penetrates tiny breaks within the concrete. These occur during the hardening process of the concrete with the evaporation of water from the cement mix. The freeze-thaw cycle of moisture results in expansion and contraction around the concrete, the tiny breaks within the concrete begin to enlarge and therefore become full-fledge leaking cracks. 2nd reason is a result of movement around the foundation. As the ground stabilizes, any movement can cause the concrete to separate where the tiny breaks within in the concrete exist. These breaks become large enough to leak water.
