Good luck getting an appt. My primary care Doctor sent a referral in June and have yet to hear back. I've called 4 times and they either don't answer or don't have any information.

I love Dr. Thommen, but the staff is constantly changing and at various stages of competence. If I didn't have such a love for Dr. Thommen, the aggravation would not be worth it!

Absolutely terrible! This place is a joke! No professionalism at all, obviously no organization, I was in such disbelief I doubted I was contacting the right entity.

I haven’t been here in a few years and I stayed voluntarily for 6 days and this place helped save my life!! Going in any place like this especially for the first time I was terrified but they treated me with nothing but kindness and respect! I’m actually now again looking for outpatient help this time and I’m very much hoping I can find a place here again! I was reading the reviews and I hate some people haven’t had a good experience but mine was wonderful and help make me a much better version of who I am and I will always be so grateful and now hope my future here is the same which I have no doubt it will be!!

3:00-4:00 pm are visiting hours every day
Walk into main entrance and front desk will direct you where to go. If you need medical help you can only get a bed through the emergency room at your local hospital and from there you will be sent to an available facility that has a bed. There is no guarantee you will end up at this location.
