I have used Gibson's multiple times and Josh has been my service tech a few of those times. Josh is very professional and does a great job explaining the issues or the procedures that he will be doing. Other technicians for Gibson's are the same way as well. I would recommend Gibson's to anyone need work done no matter what you need they will take care of it and are very professional from the first call in to end of the project..

Claire - There would be a few things we would need to know before giving a price on burner replacement. Is this for your furnace or water heater? The type of furnace/water heater, if you are using natural gas or propane, the number of burners needed and etc. The best way we can help you figure out the cost for repairing your equipment is to come out and perform a diagnostic on your system. We can then confirm if the burner(s) are the problem or if it is another issue causing your equipment to not work. If it is the water heater and it is only 6 months old, it should be under warranty. Also depending on who installed it, it might even have a labor warranty with it.
