Changing review. My saw wouldn't start the first time a wanted to use it. The choke wouldn't engage and once I did get it started with starting spray, it wouldn't keep running. I took the carb cover off and one of the fuel lines was disconnected! I think maybe the wrong carb was installed. With the cover off and the carb tightened down, the choke locks as it should. With the cover on it will not pull out enough to lock. Old review.... I took in a chainsaw for service that I bought here two years ago. It took over two weeks and cost 1/2 as much as I paid for the saw new to get it running again. I recently took a saw to ACE in Salem for the same repair for only $80 (and they sharpened the chain for free.)

I was truly impressed with the service that Wrights offers, although i didnt purchase anything myself the Gentleman that i was doing work for did, and he has done business with them for years, they are fair and the price for their equipment is reasonable, outdoor law and garden, outstanding customer service and A plus customer satisfaction

Depending on type you want, a regular home use is around $179.00 the industrial ones can be as much as $300.00 if my memory is right. We bought the regular home use and added the blade attachment instead of the line. The sales clerk's write your serial number down for you on your paperwork, which is really a good idea in case something happens to it.
