These folks are great! We had a malfunction in our fire sprinkler system as a result of a power outage. We had water in 3 separate areas of our business. The team responded and was on site in an hour! Aron took charge and did a great job getting right on things to prevent further damage. Craig also came out during the process and checked to make sure things were going according to plan. Rasheed and Aron got the carpets back in tip top shape! ServPro of North Lilburn has the nicest employees. Professional, hard working and a reliable, they made a very stressful situation better. We had flooding due to a faulty pipe. I would definitely use them again although I hope I don’t need to!

John is exceptional at his job. He has many years and vast knowledge about flooding and in our case mold accumulated in our basement. He has set up machines in our basement to dry and purify our basement. We will be selling our house and will be glad our mold issue will be gone!
