In June of 2021 they came out to unclog a drain. He worked for an hour and couldn't unclog it. Still charged me $95 which I paid. Yesterday, a year and a half later, a lady called and said I never paid the bill! I said I did and it's not my fault they screwed up the records. So today I received a notification from my credit card where they just helped themselves and charged me again without authorization. I reported fraudulent charges to my credit card company. These people couldn't unclog a drain and then tried to charge me twice!!! Crooks!

Found the problem right away. Where as another plumber that was here didn't investigate enough. Needless to say I am going with whitehead Hancock to fix the issue.

Overall the experience was fairly pleasant I had a hot water heater installed in my home The prices were reasonable only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is there was a mix-up with the anode rod that goes inside of the water heater which was causing a gaseous situation that took more days to resolve then should have not really sure if Whitehead Hancock is to blame for this or if there was a mix-up and back order on the products that needed to be used to replace either way overall the experience was better than originally anticipated I've had a lot of home projects done this past year and out of them there were some of the easier people to work with and would still recommend them and even use their services again in the future
