I bought this piece back in November. It was delivered in January and came defective because one piece of my 2 piece sectional had feet that were 5 inches and the other piece had feet that were 4 inches. The guys who delivered it could not put it together. They said I had to file a claim with the company to get it fixed which I did. Now I have to jump through hoops to take pictures and email them AGAIN with what the problem is, although I have given 2 different people accurate descriptions of my problem before that. I also never received any phone call from the person who sold me the couch after I filed a claim and called the store twice. As you can tell I'm frustrated, but this process is flawed. All I need is 4 new feet for my sectional.
