My husband and I moved in here in October and we made the best decision to live here. We felt like home as soon as we walked on the property for the walk through. We love Katy and how easy going she is. We love how easy it is to get here but we also love how private it is here.

The rent cost kept increasing without and warning. They also have have a lot of problems with break ins. Wasn’t happy with this company and how they treated my home as just a business! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Aquarius is a great place to live. Katy is constantly making improvements to the place. If you have any maintenance issues you can get the scheduled for the next day if you want and Jeff will take care of them. The location is great and the rooms are comfortable and nice. For what you pay to rent here, it is unlikely that you will do better. One thing to be careful of is when your lease is up you go month to month and there is a rate increase, though it isn't large. I have lived here for a little over 2 years in 2 different units.

My wife, my cat, and I have lived in the Aquarius Apartments for more than 4 years. The residence's location is ideal. You will have the feel of living in the suburbs while having easy access to the metropolitan life of the twin cities. Since Kelinman management took control, the amenities have been pleasantly upgraded. Katy is the nicest manager you will be fortunate to meet. My requests for maintenance are promptly addressed. Neighbors are friendly. You will occasionally have the chance to attend events to meet and greet them. You will get more value for what you pay if you choose to live in this community. Bottom line: I highly recommend living in the Aquarius Apartments.
