Booked through Expedia. Representative I spoke to in the hotel said it didn't go through so she said I had to swipe my card. Payed with my card and realized the next day I was charged twice. Had to wait 2 days for a manager to be in the business because regular front desk people couldn't help me with my refund. They say the refund has been processed but I still haven't gotten my money back. Had I not noticed this extra charge I would just be out that extra money. Hotel takes no responsibility and is putting all the blame on Expedia. Have now talked to 4 different representatives trying to resolve this. Overall a really poor experience. Save yourself the headache and book your hotel somewhere else.

We had a very clean and comfortable room. The beds were soft with lots of pillows in varying firmness. The room was nicely decorated and everything was in clean working condition. My only complaint about the room is that the bathroom is very small. The breakfast staff were very attentive. The front desk staff, especially Jacob, was very friendly and accommodating. I used to stay with a Choice Hotel in the area but I will be switching to this hotel for future stays.

Excellent experience on almost all count. My only two comments are barely worth mentioning: one thing I always look forward to at Holiday Inns is the warm cinnamon roll for breakfast: better than my mom made back in the '50's. This time, the cinnamon rolls were hard as a rock! The second thing hardly worth mentioning is my opinion of the pillows: I'm sure most people prefer a big high pillow, thus almost all hotels have those. I prefer a flatter one. Neither of these small gripes would prevent me from booking here again!

I came from out of state with my family. Absolutely enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel, as well as friendliness and professionalism of staff. When we checked out and we’re half way back to Iowa, I realized I may have left my coat in the hotel room closet. Hotel staff went to check my room right away while placing me on a brief hold. After confirming that my coat was still there, they offered to ship it right to my house. My stay at this Holiday Inn was great and customer service was exceptional! Will stay there again.
