Unloading appointment at 11 a.m. It is now near 1 p.m. and still 2 trucks ahead of me. Need to do a better job scheduling your inbound products.

Loading flat or step is a nightmare. You will be waiting in line to get checked in, then sent to 1-3 other locations to piece together your load, then sent back to the check in site to sit and wait again till they have time to check you out. This place is a day burner.
