They seem to have a lot of issues at this place with not knowing dimensions/weight, etc. We had a driver go in there for a load that was meant for a hot shot and it ended up being over 24k in weight. They took over 4 hours to load him and overloaded him by an excessive amount. Not only that, but they tried to lie about the weight after loading the driver. Then the driver had to come back to have them remove it and they told him he'd have to wait until the next day at 10-11AM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY!
