YES, there are many exercises classes available here..... for more specific info, I would suggest checking their website, or give them a call... the schedules/classes listed online are kept pretty up do date. Plus, if you call - the staff is outstanding. They likely can quickly help you find the info you are looking for as well as answer specifics about what programs/classes are currently available or will be coming up soon.

BTW, They are now open 10-5 on Sunday I'm going to guess 2 reasons: 1. Historically not that many people visited before 1PM 2. This is the Midwest, Sunday morning is a time for Church. ;)
