I was very disappointed with the service. My belongings were placed in storage until a truck was going to my new location. My property was not only damaged, but several items were missing. No one has ever returned a phone call or answered my emails.

Many of my items were broken upon arrival. Some looked as if they had been ripped apart. Wheels broken off of rolling furniture and altogether missing.

Unprofessional ALL around. Received a text message to tell me that they had booked me for services but had overbooked for the day. Not even a phone call. When we called we spoke with Christine who told us that she would be “no help at all” and cold transferred us to our sales rep Nicole. She was not available so called back to speak with Christine who said she would message Nicole and get back to us (that was at 1pm). Ended up realizing that it was 3:30pm and that we had still not heard back. I called and spoke with Ron (who was the only one who actually had customer services skills) who told me that Nicole was out of the office for the rest of the day. How was she actually going to give me a call back? Made sure that my card was removed from being on file and verify if my deposit was charged. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

A big thank you to Isaacs Moving and Storage for a 5 star move! I moved my daughter from Boston to Austin Tx. Isaacs picked everything up and helped wrap some of the odd shaped items. They were accurate in their delivery window and really took a lot of the stress out of a potentially stressful move. The delivery was ontime, professional and communicative. I felt the movers were polite, experienced and careful. Thanks Ricardo and Temo in Austin. You guys were great!! It could not have been better.

Move pricing is based on your home size and how much stuff you have. Some moves (local) are time based and others (long-distance and international) depend on the weight and volume of your items. Prices will also differ if you need to include storage. Our Move Consultant can visit your house to provide an accurate estimate so there will be no surprises.
Hazardous or combustible items such as propane tanks, firearms, paint, and aerosols cannot be loaded into our trucks.
We offer several types of packing services: full service and partial packing as well as unpacking services. All the crews arrive with supplies for any circumstance, but if you know you want full service packing, let your moving estimator know when you book.
We have offices in the greater Boston, Philadelphia, Houston and San Diego, with agents around the country. We provide local moving in those areas and long distance moving to 48 states. We are also affiliated to moving partners around the world and we have moving companies we work together with in every country for international moves.
