As of 10/31/22, I have not received an receipt for services rendered. I paid owner of Coveralls over $11k. I need a receipt/warranty for services paid in full. Consumers Beware: Customer Service is Everything!!! Respect is Everything!!! First, I would like to say the roofer and gutter installers were excellent. Roofers came at 6am and completed their job by 6pm. Very nice and professional men. They did a great job cleaning up too. Gutter installers very nice and professional. We also had work some ceiling patch work done in our on suite. Young lady was nice, did the job, but didn’t have booties for her feet. We just got our carpet cleaned and that alarmed me. Their was a lot of traveling back and forth, up and down my stairs with no nothing to cover her dirty shoes. The main reason for this low review is due to the poor customer service I received from the owner Ken and his wife Letty. When I asked for and invoice/estimate of services I received the worst type of DISRESPECT I’ve ever experienced in my life. It took 2days to receive a list of services with no dollar amount. Then when I explained that other roofers provided estimate/amounts, I was told that’s not how they work. Ken responded to me via email on all caps and exclamation points. When I spoke to him and his wife on the phone , both of them yelled at me the entire conversation. It wasn’t until my husband over heard the convo that he asked them to lowered their tone that they calmed down. I truly did not understand why all the disrespect for asking for an invoice. We spent over $11k with this company. I wish we had went with someone that values and respect their customers. There was another review in 2013 that share the same experience. Never Again!!!!!

Thank you! I knew nothing about roofs. Several roofing companies came out to give me a quote, none of them explained anything about the product, the installation, the warranty or the company’s guarantee. Ken, the owner of Coverall, explained all of this and more to me. After Ken left I felt like I could now make an educated decision to replace my roof. Coverall gave me a great product at a great price. Also included were free gutters! Not only was the owner professional, the crew were also respective and professional. I had several rotted areas, which made this a bigger job having to replace the areas with plywood. The crew worked diligently to finish the job in a timely manner. They cleaned everything up completely and moved all my concrete pots back to their original spot. When they left my landscaping beds next to the house looked as good as ever. Not an old shingle or nail was left behind. Thank you Ken, you made this overwhelming roof problem easy and affordable. I would highly recommend your company.

You can install a new roof over a 3 tab roof but it should not be done....you must replace rotted wood as needed..but you cant if you do a layover and a roof warranty is better with a new roof system
a total roof replacement depending on size and rotted wood replacement or a totall redeck could take from one to two days to install!
if you have a 3 tab roof..it only last 18 years...time for a new dimensional roof. Also if your roof has lost alot of granules and has alot of moss growth..missing shingles..time for a new roof..!!!..leaky roof system spreads like cancer...time fo a up to date new roof system!
