It is a huge restaurant with an all you can eat buffet.There was a large assortment of sushi, sushi rolls, hot foods, sauces, fruits and desserts. Then at each table there were individual hot plates and you choose which type of soup broth you wanted. Then at the buffet you had numerous choices of different proteins & vegetables. If you wanted beef you asked the chef at the counter and he gave you different cuts of beef and/or lamb. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Not many but yes they some vegan options my son is vegan and he said he wouldn't go back
When I went there like 2 weeks ago I didn't really see any chicken wings but I saw some noodles and soup. I don't think they have fried rice.
Lunch $21, dinner $32 for thursday... Weekend is about few bucks higher
Buffet is open, they serve you the food you point to, gloves and masks on.
$25/ 1 adult on Saturday afternoon ( not sure about evening) , $12.50/ 1 kid. It's a reasonable price with a variety of food. They close at 3:30pm and reopen at 5pm.

I went last month (Dec 2021) and they took reservations for our group of 10.
They are open but more on shabu-shabu. They don't have any fruits for deserts. So sad for the money.

No.. but try and spread your food out... it's all u can eat, u can go up more than once to try different things!!
It's an all you can eat buffet, the price varies on the day. It was $35 per person over the weekend I visited.
