I got a ring cut off and another ring resized here and I have nothing but positive things to say! I was nervous going in because I had never had to get a ring cut off and worried that they would judge me or be shocked that I had waited so long to get it cut off, but everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and totally understanding. I just picked up my resized ring and it is stunning! They were super fast and the ring looks better than when I first saw it brand new. I will only come here for my future jewelry needs.
