Can't have bottles of water on the floor, I don't drink out of water fountains, I don't even drink water from my faucet...low pay, too many rules, company is very uptight, can't wear small hoop earrings, they make you wear a jacket, and with the jacket on forced me to tuck in my hoody.....only good thing about this job is benefits start the first day..... but I never went back after orientation...I just didn't get a good vibe there, after leaving there I come home with an attitude, so right off the get go this place messed with my peace of mind.

Communication here is a joke, they do things with no notice to employees, false promises and way too many rules for the pay they are paying.

I just retired from JE after working at this facility for 37 years! I have seen many changes over the years. Yes, there is room for improvement, but I believe the company is striving to address concerns of its employees and remedy the turnover rate. I was fortunate to have worked with some wonderful people at JE.
