Most disrespectful employees ever. The call shouldn’t have been cancel just because I wanted to talk with an on duty supervisor about paying 64$ for false advertising from this postal office, I needed my immigration form received from homeland security and they said it will be there by 6pm by the 28th of October. Still respectfully wait for a supervisor call and to make sure my form is received, to much to ask for these days.

Glad to know I’m not the only one with this issue but they didn’t deliver my package twice because my door was “obstructed” which isn’t true because it’s an apartment and a fire risk and they remove anything nearly immediately anyways. I successfully called and Carla told me they’d redeliver it anyways and I received zero proof (no email, no updated tracking) of that up to my package still not being there. I’ve called literally five times today with zero answer. This is the WORST experience.

It sounds like you may not have a regular on your route. Carriers aren't required to pick up outgoing mail, but most do because it is a service that can be provided. Getting in touch with the office can be extremely difficult at times. My suggestion would be to try and catch your carrier(s), if or when possible. If that's not possible, leave a note in your mailbox about your concerns. If you have a regular they can look into it, if you don't you may have 2 wait and hope for the best.
Because it's a terrible post office and no one there cares about the customers.

Because this office has 60,000 customers a day. 60 thousand. Every day. How much time do you reckon they have for any one person who calls?
