Worst experience with a doctor's office period. Saw Grahndi almost a month ago and still cannot reach them for a follow-up. I was never given authorization for my prescription so I'm still without any help or medication. Plus he was the rudest and most arrogant doctor I've met. He discounted everything I was telling him, cutting me off and even using profanity. My friend who came with me is a nurse and said that it was not normal how rude he was. I'm currently on hold again with the office and it just said the estimated time is 30 minutes. Needless to say they take on too many patients and can't even handle their current. I wouldn't ever come here and will never be back

Be wary of any doctor that doesn't listen to your history and physical. My physician immediately began to assess and treat conditions that I did not complain of. To make matters worse, the PA staff did not call me back until a week and a half of trying to contact them for a procedure. They additionally did not contact me back after calling them 4 times. I was happy to take my business elsewhere.

So far 2 weeks in and no callback . called today and someone said they would b pass this on .. well guess it was a fumble . ill change this if i actually get seen and base my rating on that . not starting off good and dont like what im reading
