I've gone here for about 15 years and they have definitely improved every year. My hair always looks nice and I always get compliments. I've had it cut-short, trim and layers. I've had it dyed: blonde, brown and black- highlights, touch-up and all over color. I haven't had biolage or ombre here. I've had my eye brows and face waxed. I've had my nails and makeup done here in the past too. My only complaint is that they did not curl with wands at the time and wands last longer with my hair type. I have thick, long, curly/wavy hair. I've seen Raul, Jatziry Gabby, Iris and Ara. They're all great. They are great people and helpful with scheduling during important times like parties and funerals.

The best place for haircuts. I've been coming here for years, when I had long hair to short pixie cuts and they do it all. Ara and Jatziry are super talented and friendly. They're also so responsive and accommodating when I've needed last minute cuts for work or events or just bc it's so damn hot out and I can't deal with long hair at the moment. I've lived all over north and south sides of Chicago and I can affirmatively say, this is by far one of the best places in all of Chicago to get your hair cut, dyed, or styled.
