Took my mom's Shih Tzu, Romeo, to be groomed after a traumatizing experience at another location that led to him getting kennel cough and having a seizure. The groomer who took care of him, Jess, did an amazing job not only with the cut but also handling him. Upon arrival she immediately greeted us, introducing herself by allowing Romeo to smell her hand. We expressed our concerns and discussed the desired length. Jess explained the various services that would be completed and assured us that she would be patient and gentle. She also offered a courtesy call when the service was almost complete so that Romeo wouldn't be waiting for us to return. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the finished look and how well our Romeo was taken care of. He was so happy & excited. Definitely, found his groomer!

I went to the clinic Vetco inside Petco and had a terrible terrible experience. The healthy cat vaccine package is a lie. It should be $75 for 1 FVRCP, 1 FeLV (listed as separate shot) and 1 dewormer set. But they didn’t do the dewormer and only gave the combined 4-in-1 FCRVP+FeLV, which is $69. They told me that I save a lot of money with the package but it turned out I’m really paying more. The problem is that they lied and when I asked for specifics, they were extremely rude and derisive. They laughed at me for going after a few dollars. Unbelievable.
