Wow! LOTS of negative reviews. My complaint is not so bad. Got my 9 pc. meal from the drive thru. Order was complete however they skimped out on the essentials. No forks or sporks no napkins either. Where do they get off selling fried chickens without napkins? What bummed me out the most though was no butter no honey. KFC chicken has always been mediocre and the biscuits with the butter and honey are always the first down the hatch. Our house butter was cold and unspreadable so by the time we got around to them the biscuits were cold, hard, and no longer worth the effort. All these bad reviews and mine would have been positive but you failed the BASICS. I recommend you GET OFF THE ROAD!

Ordered through the app....drove 15 minutes and was told it'll take 14 minutes. No problem. 3 people come in after me and ordered and got their food before me, two cars through the drive thru before me. What the..? This location is terrible. Spend your money elsewhere.

This was the worst unacceptable experience I’ve had, I pull up to drive through menu and let the window cashier girl (Angelina c) know I need a minute to look at the menu and she said ok and started saying I hate when customers fuckin….then mic turned off, in less than a minute she rushed me saying do I need help with the menu. When I was ordering she kept saying what else 🙄 and had the worst attitude. When we pulled up they made me back up all the way to red pole and pull up again with no explanation and then when I drove home 15 min away they gave me a 8pc when I ordered 12pc combo. I called and they said all they can do is give me the 4pc they didn’t give, I explained the inconvenience they gave me and the Manager (Nana) said “well I can’t drive it to you” smh 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I’ve been coming to this area for years and last night was a sad disappointment. Wings instead of drumsticks which I asked for with the thighs and skin was undercooked or none at all. Poorly prepared. Wasn’t sure if I should even call back as I didn’t want to waste time. Most of chicken thrown away…that bad.
