I have loaded here a couple of times procedure is very straight forward. Before you get into one of the check in lanes you have a lane to the side where you can slide your tandems and open your doors. Once you get up to gate you will go to the self check out kiosk in front off the guard shack, pick your language and follow the promos on the screen (don’t forget your pickup number) Once everything is entered you will enter the guard shack and once of the guards/ checkin clerks will assign your door. Place your trailer on the door. You will be required to unhook from the trailer and place a trailer stand under the trailer before loading. You bobtail to the designated BT parking area and you will receive a text when your trailer is loaded. (This is part of the information you enter at the kiosk so make sure your phone number is correctly entered) You will proceed to hook back up to the trailer your paperwork and seal will be in the back of the trailer. DO NOT PUT THE SEAL ON YET you will need it when you exit at the check out and they need to inspect the trailer. You will go the the check out clerk and verify your paperwork and seal and there you have it mission accomplished. I have honestly never been there longer then 45 min with one exception during shift change then it Might take longer
